Requires $250 (Refundable) Cleaning Deposit/ This deposit will be returned if venue is properly cleaned after use. (Left the way it was)
The venue is available for the following:
-Charity Events & Fund Raisers
-Weddings, Showers, Rehearsal Parties

-Events where adult beverages are to be consumed will be approved on an 'case by case' basis.
-Proof of Liability Insurance will be required for some events.
-Signed Contract Required
-Must book at least 30 days in advance.
-25% of rental fee(Non-refundable) + Cleaning Deposit is required on booking day. (Full refunds are available in certain unavoidable situations.)
