General Information:

-Daily Rate: $450 /Up to 10 Hours

($350 for 501c3 Organizations and Certain Charities)

Optional:

- Early Set Up Day/ $100 for up to 4 hours: $25 per hour after that.

Requires $250 (Refundable) Cleaning Deposit

-This deposit will be returned if venue is properly cleaned and reset after use with no damage.

We accept deposits and rentals by Cashapp, Venmo, or Credit/Debit Cards.

The venue is available for the following:

-Reunions

-Charity Events & Fund Raisers

-Live Shows

-Beer and Wine are permitted for Brown Bagging (BYOB)/ A permit is required for Hard Liquor (Private Events Only).

-Proof of Liability Insurance may be required for some events.

-Signed Rental Agreement Required

-Linens are not included

BSS reserves the right to provide concessions for any event.
