General Information:
-Entire Space: $500 /Seats up to 150
($400 for 501c3 Organizations and Certain Charities)
-Up to 10 Hours
Optional:
- Early Set Up Day/ $100 for up to 4 hours: $25 per hour after that.
Requires $250 (Refundable) Cleaning Deposit
-This deposit will be returned if venue is properly cleaned and reset after use with no damage.
We accept deposits and rentals by Cashapp, Venmo, business checks or Credit/Debit Cards. No personal checks.
The venue is available for the following:
-Family or Class Reunions
-Charity Events & Fund Raisers
-Live Shows
-Certain Parties
-Proof of Liability Insurance may be required for some events.
-Signed Rental Agreement Required
-Linens are not included
-Alcoholic beverages may not be sold or consumed at events open to the public.
